Marimekko Räsymatto Cushion Cover, Black-white

Marimekko’s Räsymatto cushion cover features Maija Louekari’s pleasant pattern in black and white. The cover is made of thick blend of cotton and polyester, and it measures 50 x 50 cm. Räsymatto, Finnish for rag rug, depicts the texture of traditional rag rugs in a delightful manner. 

Maija Louekari’s Siirtolapuutarha (“allotment garden”) and Räsymatto (“rag rug”) patterns tell stories about country life in an urban environment with a pleasant feeling of nostalgia. Originally released in 2009, the patterns have become classics of modern Finnish design.
